With his ex-fiancee Jennifer Lopez already very publicly moving on with Ben Affleck, Alex Rodriguez is starting to realize that he and Jen are not getting back together soon. So it’s been a tough week.
“When they first split, he wanted to work things out and still held on to hope that he and J.Lo would get back together,’ a source told ET. And he still has hope, but Jennifer kissing another man is throwing him off a bit.
Alex does not find this kind of behavior attractive and wishes Jennifer would stop kissing Ben Affleck to get his attention. Unfortunately, JLo has stopped all communication with him so he hasn’t been able to tell her that.
In the meantime, Alex is trying to focus on himself and his future but hasn’t had any luck finding a relationship as fast as Jennifer did. On Sunday, he was seen leaving Katie Holmes’ NYC apartment building, but later that day Katie issued a statement saying she doesn’t know him. So it’s not promising.
Alex has also been reportedly spending some quality time with his ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis—because if it worked out for JLo and Ben, and Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, maybe Cynthia can forgive him for cheating on her.
