Machine Gun Kelly had a rough day at work on Saturday. While performing at the Louder than Life festival in Louisville, he was booed and given the finger by the crowd. Luckily, MGK is nothing if not a professional so he did not cry on the spot.

Things took a turn for the worst when some fans got on-stage and one of them shoved the singer while he was performing. Surprisingly, MGK did not take that well. But, to be fair, he still did not cry and just punched the guy back. Well, he tried to. He missed. And he bravely did not cry about that either.

Eventually security got involved, because they had to, their contract says so, and Machine was able to finish his set and carry on pretending like people wanted to hear the rest of the set.

On Sunday, he took to Twitter to insist that he wasn’t booed by the majority of the crowd during his performance. And that the media doesn’t always tell the truth, except when they say something positive about him. That’s always true.
