It’s been a whole year since Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz got engaged but the young couple finally got a $10.5 million house in Beverly Hills. Not an easy thing to do, especially as the average price of a mansion in that area is $3.5 million, but the couple persevered and were able to find something even more expensive.
According to TMZ, Brooklyn and Nicola paid a million over what the asking price was for the place. Probably because $9.5 million didn’t sound quite right to them. It’s really not the same to say you live in a $10 million mansion, rather than a mere $9 million.
According to real estate records, the property was built just last year and has a pool, a gym, a steam room, a wine cellar, juice bar and yes… everything else a regular home has like a yoga room and a dry sauna.
It seems like only the two of them will be living in the mansion but there are 4 other bedrooms in the house in case someone wants to visit and help furnish them. Furniture is not cheap and these two kids just spent a lot of money on a house with 4 extra bedrooms they don’t need.
