At her appearance at the New York Times DealBook conference, Meghan Markle praised her husband Prince Harry for encouraging her political activism.

When asked why she’s been so vocal about parental leave, she explained that her husband always says to her: “Remember, with great privilege comes great responsibility.” And Spider-Man agrees. Mainly because that’s his catchphrase.

Meghan shared that Prince Harry always knows what to say, no matter what they’re going through. “It’s like he has the perfect saying for everything,” she admitted. “He’s too wise”.

Harry is wise and also he’s been watching a lot of movies lately. Especially superhero ones.

“The other day we were watching the news and Harry took a deep breath and said, ‘You know Meghan, freedom is life’s great lie. Once you accept that in your heart, you will know peace.’” the Duchess shared. “How deep is that?”

Not very deep when you realize Loki from The Avengers said that first. As in, Loki, the villain. Is Prince Harry okay?

However, she admitted her husband doesn’t always get things right. “When he saw our son running this morning, he went, ‘Sometimes you’ve gotta run before you can walk.’ And that just doesn’t make any sense.”

No, not unless you’re Iron Man.

Anyway, her participation at the conference went great.
