Jake Gyllenhaal was having a perfectly good day until women started asking him if he was okay.

“It started out with my girlfriend,” Jake Gyllenhaal said. “That was okay because she always asks if I’m okay because she loves me.”

“But then my sister called in the morning, just to ask if I was okay,” the actor said. “That was weird, but whatever, she loves me, it’s fine.”

“Then I went out for my morning run and 76 women stopped me to ask if I was freaking okay!” he recounted. “I started to think I was getting a stroke and didn’t know it.”

It wasn’t until 10 in the morning when Jake read that Taylor Swift had released a 10-minute song about their breakup.

“Not again,” he said, crying.

“It’s only noon and the count is up to 7,889 women,” he said to his PR team. “All of them in person. And I’ve only gone for a run and coffee afterward.”

Going for coffee at Starbucks was perhaps a bigger mistake than going out for a run, as he soon found out. Starbucks partnered with Taylor Swift and her fans have been going to every store in America to ask for “Taylor’s Version”.

“You know we only dated for three months?” Jake said to his girlfriend while crying on the bathroom floor. “Life ever since has been rough.”
