We are all familiar with Chris Pratt. He’s the guy from a lot of movies that used to be chubby but then got ripped and was married to Anna Faris for a while. But not everyone is clear on why the Internet seems to hate him so much.
So we put together a list of things that Chris Pratt has done over the years that have given people no choice but to hate on him.
1. He agreed to play Garfield when he is clearly not a cat
Chris will be voicing the beloved grumpy cartoon cat Garfield in an animated movie, even though he’s not even a cat.
“It’s just not believable,” said a person in the street. “I grew up watching Garfield and Chris Pratt looks nothing like him. He’s simply not orange enough.”

2. He was cast as Mario in the animated Super Mario Bros film and he’s not a plumber
Chris will also be voicing Mario even though he’s too tall to play the Nintendo character. He’s also too blonde. And he’s not even Italian. Does he even know how to repair a piping system? That’s probably okay because Mario doesn’t either.

3. He was voted the worst Hollywood Chris and dared to cry about it
A year ago, TV producer and writer Amy Berg asked who the worst Hollywood Chris is on Twitter. Overwhelmingly, people pointed to Chris Pratt. And he felt bad.
“I hate it when people have feelings,” said a random person on Twitter. “I know, it’s the worst,” said his friend.

4. He divorced Anna Faris
It takes two to destroy a marriage, but everyone knows that’s not true when your spouse is sweet angel Anna Faris.
“I would not screw it up if I was married to Anna,” said a stranger in the street who doesn’t know Anna Faris. “Chris Pratt is an *diot.”

5. He loves his wife too much
He even dared to write his new wife Katherine Schwarzenegger a birthday tribute post— six weeks early! Like, get a life, Chris Pratt.
“Who does that?”, said a Tiktok user. “Everyone knows that you’re supposed to say happy birthday to people on their actual birthday.” Ugh!
