Given the year Jennifer Lopez has had, and the year she has ahead–with awards season, her Super Bowl performance with Shakira, and her upcoming wedding to Alex Rodriguez, it’s fair to say JLo is living HER. BEST. LIFE.
Despite her busy schedule, the Hustlers’ star was kind enough to sit down with me to talk love, heartache, and life. She did, however, had to excuse herself earlier than I would’ve hoped, because of an event she had to attend to later that night.
Bea: Hello Jennifer. Thanks for talking to me today.
Jennifer: Of course. Call me Jen.
Bea: Hen?
Jennifer: Jen.
Bea: Who calls you Hen?
Jennifer: No one calls me hen!!
Bea: Okay… there’s no need to get upset.
Jennifer looks upset.
Bea: How’s your fiance?
Jennifer: He’s fine. He’s waiting for me outside.
Bea: Aww. Like a doggy?
Jennifer: Excuse me?!
Bea: You know when a puppy can’t come in and it waits outside for the human to come back out…
Jennifer: No. Not like that.
Bea: Okay.
There’s an awkward pause.
