Selena Gomez is about to put out a new album in 2020 so she has been doing rounds of press to promote it. We met up at a photo studio to talk about what most excites her about her new sound, but not before I told her how much I love her.
Bea: Hi Selena. Thanks for doing this with me.
Selena: Of course.
Bea: I cannot tell you how excited I am to meet you.
Selena: Aww, thanks.
Bea: No, seriously. I’m so excited I can’t breathe! Can someone please bring me a glass of water??!!
Selena: It’s just you and me here.
Bea: YOU FIND ME A GLASS OF WATER THEN.

Selena: Here you go…
Bea: I don’t need it anymore. I passed saliva.
Selena: Sorry. I couldn’t get water in this studio so I had to go buy a bottle next door.
Bea: It’s fine. Good thing I wasn’t choking or I would be dead.
Selena: I’m sorry. I feel so bad.
Bea: Forget about it. Let’s just start with the questions.
Selena: Okay.
Bea: Tell me about your new album. When is it coming out?
Selena: January 10, 2020. I’m seriously nervous and excited.
Bea: Well, don’t get too excited.
Selena: Excuse me?
Bea: If you start having problems breathing you can bet your ass I won’t do anything about it.
