While everyone else was busy wrapping up the last of their work to head out to holiday season, Hilary Duff was planning her wedding. Without the press knowing, she and fiance Matthew Koma got married last night in an intimate wedding at their home.
Hilary agreed to talk to me about her special day, her wedding dress, and the Lizzie McGuire reboot.
Bea: Hi Hilary. Thanks for doing this with me.
Hilary: Of course!
Bea: I just heard you got married two days ago.
Hilary: That’s right. I’m a married woman now!
Bea: You’ve been married before. Hope this one lasts.
Hilary: Excuse me?
Bea: How was the wedding?
Hilary: It was incredible. We got married at sunset. Hands down, best day of my life!!
Bea: I read it was small and cheap.
Hilary: Well, only our closest family and friends were invited.
Bea: Second weddings are like that. No one cares as much as the first time around so they invite only a handful of people.
Hilary: I feel like you’re being rude.
Bea: Not at all. I’m a huge fan of yours.
Hilary: Yeah?
Bea: Absolutely. I loved you in ‘Lizzie McGuire.’
Hilary: Ok. Thanks.
Bea: I’ve hated everything else you’ve done though.
