Frozen 2, the sequel to the biggest animated movie, is now in theatres! I wanted to talk to Kristen Bell, who voices Anna, about the importance of this movie and what it means to her to be a part of something so big but we got a little… sidetracked.
Bea: Hi Kristen, thanks for meeting me here.
Kristen: Of course!
Bea: You’re here to promote Frozen 2.
Kristen: That’s right.
Bea: Is that the movie about the two gay girls who find love with each other?
Kristen: They’re sisters.
Bea: Gay sisters who fall in love with each other??!
Kristen: No, they’re not….
Bea: Wow, the executives at Disney are getting freaky.
Kristen: Stop. They’re not freaky!!
Bea: Okay, but being gay with your sister…that’s a little… it’s kooky!
Kristen: That’s not what the movie is about!
Bea: Why are you crying??!
Kristen: You just made a beautiful movie between two wonderful souls into this weird gay sister thing that IT’S NOT.
Bea: I’m sorry. Here, have a tissue.
I give her a box of tissues.
Kristen: That’s kind of you, but I’m okay.
Bea: No, seriously. You’re getting your snot all over your dress. It’s gross.
