It’s fair to say 2019 has been kind to Joe Jonas. He and his brothers put out their first album in six years, got married to Sophie Turner, went on a massive world tour, and received his first Grammy nomination in a decade.
During the Thanksgiving holiday, I went to the home he shares with Sophie to talk about his marriage and all the great things that are happening in his life.
Bea: Hi Joe. Thanks for doing this with me.
Joe: Of course.
Bea: You have a beautiful home.
Joe: Thank you so much.
Bea: Can you not stare at me like that?
Joe: Pardon me?
Bea: Stop staring at me!!
Joe: I’m just looking at you because we’re talking.
Bea: I hope so. Congratulations on your first Grammy Award nomination.
Joe: Thank you. It’s a big deal for us.
Bea: How did you celebrate?
Joe: My brothers and I went out for dinner that night.
Bea: That’s lame.
Joe: We liked it.
Bea: What did your wife say when she found out?
Joe: She’s very proud of me. We are each other’s biggest fans.
Bea: You are staring at me again!!
Joe: I’m really not.
Bea: Are you into me??
Joe: Absolutely not.
Bea: Because I have a boyfriend.
Joe: Okay.
Bea: We’re pretty serious about each other.
Joe: That’s good.
Bea: But if you’re into me, I’ll poison him.
Joe: I’m not.
Bea: He’s lucky then.
Joe: That, he is.
